RV Roadway is the best! They had exactly what we wanted and provided knowledgeable information and the best price around. They were no pressure sales but were available for us when we needed them. We are so happy with our camper and when we have questions we just pick up the phone and someone answers us right away. Highly recommend these guys over the big box camper stores.

Had a great experience with Taylor and all the people at this very friendly shop. We traveled 5 hours to see and as it turns out buy our T@G Boondock. The customer service here was excellent and they made the process of buying and taking home our new camper very easy. Easiest purchase I ever made. I didn't have to wait hours while the salesman (Lee) went back and forth between us and the finance manager. We went into the finance managers office and talked numbers. Very straight forward and upfront. Excellent staff taking time to talk with us and answer questions. We didn't feel rushed during the walk through at pickup. Traveled 4 hours to purchase. Camped 5 miles down the road to check things out the night of purchase. Three issues needed attention. Called the next day and was told to bring it in. Service department had it fixed and we were back on the road in about 45 minutes.

We shopped for 2 years in AL and FL for a used RV in our price range. All of the dealerships except Calera RV Roadway treated us like pond scum! These guys were great. Never any pressure to buy outside of our budget. We visited them on 3 occasions and finally found the perfect used RV. The walk through was great. Much help and instruction since we are first time RV owners. We had a problem with lighting that they went over and above to help us fix even AFTER we discovered it was our vehicle that was the problem! We feel like they are friends and would highly recommend them.

Had a warranty issue and Tommy in sales and Joe in the service dept took care of the situation and had me in and out fast. I highly recommend them as they are friendly and courteous and are always professional.

My sister had a Winnebago itasca soliel 40 foot coach. Her husband passed away in September. We were helping her sell the RV. We were not as knowledgeable about it so everything was on a learning curve. We found out it needed to be winterize the RV. This was at 3:00PM. They asked us to be there at 4:30PM when they were to close. They were helpful, professional, and gave us personal attention. They stayed past their normal closing to make sure we were happy and that everything was done completely.
The folks we talked with was Joe, Shawn, and Jesse we asked about an estimate for a missing door. Theyre were others who were equally as professional, helpful but getting older my memory has not allowed me recall everyones name.
